To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
We require full payment at the time that services are provided. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, cash and personal checks. A $25 fee will be applied for any returned checks.
For your protection, and that of others, all pets must be on a leash or in an appropriate carrier, and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
Please allow ample time for the check-in process and arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork.
